Description
Holograph, signed.Evelina A. S. Smith describes the preparations for her visit to Boston and the anti-slavery fair. The contributions to Caroline Weston's table at the fair will be "the real home-spun, no gewgaws, and catchpennies." She accepts an invitation to stop at 11 West Street. She will try to sell the tickets to the fair that were sent to her. Mr. Increase S. Smith may send some verses or he may sing them at the soiree. Evelina mentions her husband's extempore preaching this Sunday.
