Holograph, signed.Title devised by cataloger.Manuscript composed upon stationary bearing the typset letterhead of "Red Lodge House. Bristol."Mary Carpenter informs William Lloyd Garrison of her pleasure at having learned from Harriet Lupton of Garrison's proposal to visit England. Carpenter states her hopes that Garrison will pay them an early visit in Bristol, where she assures him he would receive a "warm welcome".
