Holograph, signed.Richard Davis Webb congratulates Emma Forbes Weston on Lucia Weston's improvement in health. He says that there has been no rain in Dublin for four weeks. Parker Pillsbury visited Richard D. Webb. Parker Pillsbury's symptoms, as described by Webb, suggest pleurisy. Richard D. Webb became very fond of him and praises his good qualities. Emma Forbes Weston being at Pau, France, Webb asks her many questions about Spain.
