Description

Greene County, ca. 1925-1950. Two black women in a field hoeing cotton. They told Rose Thompson of the Farm Security Administration a story about Grayland Road. See Winter 1977 issue of Foxfire for the story and for similar photographs and stories told to Mrs. Thompson.
