Printed on front: 'Aerial view, Veterans' Administration, Tuskegee, Ala., 3266'; Printed on back: 'U.S. Veterans Administration Facility--Tuskegee, Alabama, This Facility, for the care and treatment of Negro veterans of the World War, situated about a mile from famed Tuskegee Institute was opened in 1923. Bed capacity of 588 for Neuropsychiatric and General Medical patients. This unit of the Veterans Administration is operated entirely by Negro personnel. Santway Photo-Craft Company, Watertown, N.Y.
