Description
William Park gives an account of expenses he had incurred to recover a runaway slave, Silvanus Warro, along with prison and court charges, losses due to theft, and outlays for Warro's bastard child, 19 October 1682. The document also enumerates monies received by Park in partial recompense for his expenditures. The document is endorsed on the verso "Deacon Parks." This seems to be the same person as "Deacon Parker," whose servant Silvanus Warro was held by the prison-keeper in Boston in 1672, on a number of charges, including fornication with Elizabeth Parker.
