View of the Atlanta winner of the 1975 Miss U.S. Talented Teen beauty contest in Atlanta, Georgia with Roger Dottin, Atlanta Community Relations Commission staff person.Roger Dottin was a staff member of the Atlanta Community Relations Commission and later became the Manager of Community Relations for the Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority (MARTA). In 1999, he was appointed chairman of the education committee of the International Customer Service Association.
