Trusteeship Committee meetings (see mums312-b111-i461 for plea to Secretary-General); describing the recent doings of the Federation and identifying their chief obstacles; noting President Milliard's recent heart attack and hospitalization; discussing the "very low" opinion held generally of Max Yergan; and commenting at length on a variety of other issues to do with the Pan African Congress, the cocoa trade in the colonies, and the Peace Conference in Paris, from where he is writing.
