Description

The model of the self propelling hydraulic dredge 'Sampson' and other model ships were on the floor of the Liberal Arts building at the Louisiana Purchase Exposition -- the 1904 St. Louis World's Fair. In the background, the Phoenix Bridge Company, Phoenix, Pennsylvania, showed its model of the Quebec bridge and photographs of other bridges it had built. Louis Lott's exhibit of architectural drawings was on the side wall of the exhibit space. No. 13791.
