Description

Theodore M. Williams (ca 1905-1989) was a Cleveland Municipal Court Judge, serving for about 15 years until his 1975 retirement. He then returned to the court as Administrative Judge for another 13 years. The 1932 graduate of John Marshall Law School was in private practice until around 1941, according to Jet Magazine. During his career, he also served as a Ward 12 councilman, and Assistant County Prosecutor.
