Holograph, signed.Title devised by cataloger.Elizur Wright Jr. writes to Amos A. Phelps regarding the distribution of the Anti-Slavery society reporters. He discusses resolutions from the Executive Committee regarding the subject of "organization." In these resolutions, he gives Phelps authority to "confer with the managers of the New England A.S. Society and work such arrangements with them as he deems best in regard to the organization of auxiliaries." He discusses other society matters, including sharing of funds, voting, and correspondence from other agents. He asks Phelps to write back to let him know when he plans on visiting Maine.
