Description

Storefront in brick commercial buildings have signs that read: "B. Roth / hardware / Paints / Plumbing / Electrical / Supplies" "Window Glass / and / Glazing" "Roth's / Now Located at / 49 Windsor Street / Open for Business" "Frank's / Barber Shop." "251 / Shelco / Varnishes." Rubble and debris are on the sidewalk and in the street and store windows. Men and a boy stand and work nearby. Two men appear to be African-American. Pots, pans, basins, tubs are in the background. Men use mops and a shovel. Inscribed on back: "Mar 30 / 36."
