Bradford discusses his life in Flint, Michigan, and La Crosse, Wisconsin. He describes his work at the Buick Motor Division of General Motors in Flint, local politics, and Ku Klux Klan activity. He also mentions moving to Melrose Park, Illinois to work for the Buick plant there.
