It was postmarked on May 28 in Whitestown, N.YThe first half of the letter written on May 22 is not in Green's handwritingOn May 22 1844, Beriah Green writes to Amos A. Phelps about [Elizur] Wright́s embarrassing financial situation. He also informs him of the discontinuance of the Oneida Institute. On May 27, Green adds a note about the delay in sending out his letter, as well as his work at a church in Whitesboro
