Approves of Foote's Conference questionnaire, but wishes clarity in the issue of FOR relations with NSBRO. With respect to antisemitism, Houser insists "it's different to speak about Jews settling in Palestine than to speak of sending the Negroes back to Africa. As you know, very strong elements among the Jews are behind the Zionist movement."
