Description

Esther was looking for a Church to join and says she felt the Holy Ghost witness to her that the LDS Church was Christ’s Church. She joined the Church when there were only 30 members in Madagascar. She experienced some family opposition to her conversion, but was eventually sealed in the Johannesburg temple to her husband. All three of her sons have served missions for the Church. She is inspired by stories from the book of Mormon about Nephi and Alma. Sometimes she is troubled by the failings of the members, but she believes all Church callings are equally important. She hopes for a future temple in Madagascar and more stakes. She believes the most important thing to remember is to practice daily spiritual discipline.
