Addressed to May care of William Lloyd Garrison, 21 Cornhill, Boston.Correspondence includes original postage stamp.Holograph, signed.May's handwriting near the address reads, "Rec'd about Dec. 1, 1854. Ans'd Feb. 11, 1855."Title supplied by cataloger.Wigham sends May a remonstrance against American slavery signed by a group of Scottish ministers. She suggests that it be inserted in some southern newspapers. Wigham discusses financial accounts and suggests letters to a recently formed society in Edinburgh. She regrets Parker Pillsbury's poor health and mentions the Estlin family.
