Donated by Frank Miranda.This notice was sent to individuals and organizations that had been working together to defend the Racial Imbalance Act that was signed into law in 1965 but was facing repeal by 1968. This notice was asking members of the unofficial coalition to submit any testimony to be read at hearings of the Senate Education Committee for the numerous bills they were seeking to oppose that would repeal the Racial Imbalance Law.
