Du Bois's recent claims regarding the subject of racial segregation; commending Du Bois's eloquence and recognizing his vast influence, but fearing he has "lost faith"; suggesting that change must come from within, not without, and that "race prejudice can only be conquered by the spirit of brotherhood," and launching a strategy in line with that philosophy.
