Holograph, signedSignature uncertain; the initial appears to be "N."N. Browne would gladly do everything in his power to "help circulate a paper of that kind" (i.e. the Cradle of Liberty), but there is not an abolitionist in Hamilton. Nonetheless, he will "make the effort once more."
