Description

Holograph, signed.Title devised by cataloger.Elizur Wright Jr. writes to Amos A. Phelps regarding the necessity for Phelps to attend the Northampton meeting. He writes, "The Northampton meeting is second in importance, perhaps, to the Rhode Island Convention, but it seems to me it will need your presence more. The members of the com. whom I have seen all agree that you ought to spare no pious or expense to be there. We will try to send up a delegation from our Com. but should they go, you will still be needed."
