Holograph.Edmund Quincy sends letters from Richard Davis Webb. Edmund Quincy asks Anne Warren Weston to go with him to Hanover, Mass., to attend the meeting of the Plymouth County Society. He suggests that "elegant extracts from Sydney [Howard Gay's] letter might be read, privately to Lowell with advantage."Edmund Quincy signs this letter "wool-dyed Aristocracy," instead of using his name.Includes an envelope with the delivery address "Miss A. W. Weston." There is also a separate note on the envelope, written by Edmund Quincy.
