Janice Harrington discusses her book, “Even the Hollow My Body Made is Gone.” She begins by explaining that her work received the 2008 Kate Tufts Discovery Award. She then discusses her career as a librarian before becoming a writer and professor. She goes on to explain that the book is a collection of poems about her childhood. Harrington discusses the way in which much of her work deals with memory. Also in this interview she reads aloud from her work.
