Description

Holograph, signed.Title devised by cataloger.Whipper and Still write Garrison to request a copy of the address which he delivered the previous evening at Concert Hall, stating their desire and intention to publish it. The authors declare their wish to do so owing to the quality of the address, as well as their personal admiration for Garrison and their own devotion to the cause.
