Sign on house says: "Front Room To-Let." The house is surrounded by many small children, hidden in trees, corners, barrels, and peeking out windows. The card is titled "Our Boarding House." Caption says: "Landlord--'De rooms am airy and de place quiet. Chilun? Why bless yer soul, dar ain't a chile in de neighborhood.' Dinah--'Yes Sah, an we use de Great Atlantic & Pacific Tea Cos. celebrated teas and coffees.'" Back of card has small image of "Grandmother" and lists branch houses and their locations in cities around the U.S. as well as additional advertising copy.
