This folder is largely composed of documents relating to Julian Bond's electoral campaign for Georgia's 136th Congressional District, the controversy surrounding his eventual seating, and the issues he prioritized during his term in office. Also included are the meeting minutes from the SNCC Staff Conference of May 11, 1966.
