Description
Thanking Du Bois for a memorandum that Spingarn is going to forward to Washington and asking Du Bois if he thinks a commission would be worthwhile "in connection with the whole problem of colored troops. Or would that too be encouraging further discrimination?" Spingarn also provides Du Bois with his new address at Camp Dix, Wrightstown, N.J.
