Law Enforcement Officers with Protest Signs

@ Wisconsin Historical Society

A group of law enforcement officers stand in the street near a vehicle labeled 'Police Department' on the side. In the foreground on the left a police officer is pointing at the camera, and next to him another police officer is rolling up a sign that says '[...] Crow [D]on't Buy.' The signs were ones that demonstrators had been holding outside of Woolworth's Department store at a protest during Freedom Summer.
