There are 2 interrogatories (one on behalf of the plaintiff (24th Novr 1794), and one on behalf of the defendent (undated).The docket (on the plaintiff's interrogatory) explains the case and names the attornies (24th Novr. 1794).3 documents concerning a Frederick County court case: Petition dated 24th Nov. 1794 (2 pages)--document filed 1 April 1795 (4 pages)--Interrogatories and testimony of Henry Miller undated (2 pages). Case regarding the right of possession of slaves as plaintiff Night moved from the Carolinas into Maryland and therefore was a freed man.
