Phelps, George Jeffrey Tillotson explains a brief note he had sent earlier and gives Phelps directions about where to invest the money he had sent him. Tillotson also shares some local church news, including the upcoming dedication of a church in Farmington, Connecticut, and tells Phelps he may be in Boston in the middle of June.
