In response to his recent memo on the terms of his miscellaneous expenses, as expressed in his contract, clarifying the provisions therein made; clarifying the Association's attitude toward contracting outside clerical assistants; and confirming that "no additional payments will be authorized to be made to you or to any person in your office for clerical help" without express pre-approval from office manager Catherine Freeland.
