An interview with Cynthia Woolbright conducted by Evelyn Bailey and Kevin Indovino. Woolbright speaks about how she became involved in social justice activism and community development through her family and discusses her efforts to establish alumni groups at the University of Rochester for African American students we well as for gay and lesbian students in the 1970s. She talks about mixed public reactions to the groups' establishment.
