Per his queries (mums312-b154-i300, i301), regretting he cannot make the requested appointment prior to his departure for Ghana; commending Walden's article in the "Journal of Negro History"; with respect to his bibliography, referring him to Paul Partington, who "will be willing to give you information, also in may cases, he can furnish films"; and cautioning him "it is doubtful if you will get any book published" if he intends to "blame the white South for ever doing anything wrong."
