Writing to Chappell in London regarding plans for his upcoming stay. McCormack details the many meetings he has planned and requests that Chappell make various arrangments that still need to be finalized. Among the meetings discussed is a plan to take Philip Wilson out to lunch in order to quell his potential anger in reaction to a memorandum criticising the Wold Match Play Championship. McCormack requests that Chappell arrange for him to view the British Open and Wimbledon films during his stay. Additionally discussed is a meeting to discuss a Gary Player and Firestone golf ball deal and a meeting regarding a Jean-Claude Killy watch deal. Other meeting include, Donald Dell, Arthur Ashe, Lord Derby, Royal & Ancienct Golf Club, Wilbur Muirhead, John McGrath, Martin Sorrell, Christopher Lee, Bryan Cowgill, Lane Fortinberry, Brian Clark, Jim Weeks, Andrew Maconie, Uniroyal, Peter Morgan, Peter Oosterhuis, Michael Attenborough, Gwil Brown, George Carr, Tony Carter, Barry Mason, Sams Brothers and Terry Bray. A post script inquires about a Tony Jacklin shoe man.
