Description
Hubert takes issue with the fact that he was "misquoted and misinterpreted" in the April 6th issue of the Time; Hubert points out that he "stressed the fact that there is race prejudice of a most despicable kind in the south and noted that this was one of the causes that contributed to Negroes leaving the farms. Among other ways this prejudice is evidenced in : the inequitable distribution of all public funds, federal state and local, especially school funds, and the constant fear of lawlessness and mob violence;" Hubert asks that corrects be made at once.
