The Broadcasting Service of the University of Iowa, in cooperation with the Department of English and the Afro-American Studies Program at the University, presents a series of lectures by Black specialists as material for the University's course, Afro-American Literature. The lecturer for this week is Donald Gibson, Associate Professor of English at the University of Connecticut. He is introduced by Professor Robert Corrigan of the Department of English at the University of Iowa.
