Washington: U.S. District Judge Barrington Parker in his chambers 7/24. Parker, hearing the perjury trial of California Lt. Gov. Ed Reinecke, clashed several times with Reinecke's attorney James Cox 7/24 and repeatedly reprimanded Cox for interrupting.
