Description
Holograph, signed.H. Hincks had to resign the secretaryship of the Belfast Anti-Slavery Association to take care of her father. H. Hincks writes: "I have felt greatly annoyed about our box not having turned up. I am afraid our young people will be discouraged. This year however our work goes to Rochester." She thinks that Frederick Douglass's paper should be supported.
