Holograph, signed.William Lloyd Garrison has just returned from Cape Cod. He plans to be in Syracuse for the "Rescue anniversary" (the rescue of the fugitive slave William "Jerry" McHenry). It is doubtful that Wendell Phillips can attend. Garrison regrets that he cannot attend the Woman's Rights Convention and emphasizes the Christian aspect of their objectives.Merrill, Walter M.
