Description
Summarizing the "drastic action" he recently took by severely reducing the "Crisis"'s budget, and outlining former Business Manager I. C. Malvan's fierce rejection of said measures; describing her attempt to instigate a strike at the magazine office (see also i129, i130); stating that of course she is no longer welcome at the office; and hoping that in 1933, the "Crisis"'s income will essentially be able to pay for itself.
