Two women are sitting in front and to the side of the pump and the rest are standing lined up behind the pump. The woman on the far left of the photo is looking a man holding out a cup to her and reaching for the cup. Note on back states "Dr. Kaiser next to pump; Jennie C. Overton on Dr K's left."
