Flippin Jackson (1919-2012), former newspaper columnist, radio host, and co-owner of the Douglas Square Pharmacy. Jackson was the first woman to host her own radio show in Boston. Jackson describes how she acquired the pharmacy with her late husband, and she discusses founding the the Gretchen Jackson Model Agency. Jackson also spends some time identifying photographs. This interview was collected as part of Northeastern University's Lower Roxbury Black History Project (2007-2009).
