Among the assorted items from 1963-1968 in this folder are the following: a blank official Mississippi voter registration form. A 1963 proposal for a Southern Education Center (perhaps a precursor to freedom schools?). COFO pamphlets on the Mississippi Student Union; on Freedom Registration (the latter includes a blank Freedom Vote registration form); and on the Work-Study Program at Tougaloo. A late 1963 memo to SNCC staff regarding "Operation Mississippi" (an early view of Freedom Summer) accompanied by plans and budget needs from each of the project directors in Operation Mississippi's five districts; Charlie Cobb's report to SNCC on "Economic Needs and Aids in Rural Areas"; and a map of the five districts. An affidavit by volunteer Saundra Lee Hill about being driven off the road. A pamphlet called "The Power of Your Vote."
