Description

William Otis Walker (1896-1981) was editor and publisher of the Cleveland Call and Post. He served on Cleveland City Council, and helped found The Future Outlook League. In 1963 he became Director of the Ohio Department of Industrial Relations. When this photo was taken William O. Walker was councilman from Ward 17 and Editor of the Cleveland Call and Post. His business office was located at 2319 east 55th Street; his home address was 5914 Hawthorne Ave.
