Clipping (information artifact)William Lloyd Garrison writes to Theodore Bourne in praise of George Bourne and his dedication to the anti-slavery cause. Garrison says about George Bourne: "Never has slavery had a more indomitable foe or freedom a truer friend."This letter was printed in the newspaper article "Who Lighted the Fires of Freedom?" by Mr. Theodore Bourne, n.d., in an unidentified periodical; the whereabouts of the original letter is unknown. The article is about the life of George Bourne, especially focusing on his work as an author and abolitionist crusader. William L.
