Letter from Andrew F. Jackson, manager of Cinema News Service, to the manager (probably William M. Smith, manager of the Douglass Theatre) dated November 17, 1925, advertising newsreels from the BEJAC Film Company. Jackson informs the manager that he can supply him with newsreels of the football game between Howard University and Lincoln University and of the court case Rhinelander v. Rhinelander, an annulment trial in White Plains, New York involving a wealthy young white man who argued to have his marriage annulled on the pretext that he did not know his wife was African American when he married her. Jackson provides the prices of the films and requests a response.
