Description

A cream and black hat with faux rose embellishment from Mae's Millinery Shop. The hat has a tall slouched crown and an asymmetric brim that is very short at the back and wide around the sides and front, with the front brim tacked up at the center front crown. The crown and bottom brim are made from cream faille, while the top of the brim and a strip used to tack the brim to the front crown are made from black faux patent leather. A thin bow made from the black plastic is sewn at the center front. A large pink faux rose with green leaves and stem is sewn to the front proper right side onto the brim where it is upturned. The interior crown is lined with cream synthetic fabric and a black ribbon interior band around the crown where it meets the brim. A cream fabric label with brown embroidered text reading "Charo / ORIGINAL" is sewn at the interior center back crown.
