Holograph, signed.Title devised by cataloger.James Miller M'Kim writes William Lloyd Garrison concerning their readiness for the upcoming "decade meeting" in Philadelphia, and asserts that they must "put our best foot forward" in order to "sustain the high opinion" they presently hold. M'Kim opines that relying on the use of circulars to invite participants will likely produce greater results than relying upon notices published in handbills and newspapers.
