The honorees are Clarence Abdullah Nabaa, Thomas E. Taylor, Algie Sidney Oldham, Sr., John Charles Bryant, Chandra Johnson, Rev. Eugene Staples, Sr., Howard Dukes, Jr. and Lamont Jordan Barlow.
