Description

Photograph of an African-American man. The man is identified as Booker Morris, who worked for the Albert and Mamie George. This photograph was taken at a "Roaring 20's Party" at Booth, Texas. Morris, who is wearing servants clothing consisting of dark pants, white jacket, white shirt, and black bow tie, is surrounded by liquor bottles and glasses. There is a wooden four shelf cabinet on the wall to the left filled with liquors, mugs, and glasses. To the right of Morris, are two wooden kegs hanging from the wall. The upper portion of the wall behind Morris is leafed wallpaper while the lower portion and a section to the far right is tiled. There is a tub in the bottom right corner of the photograph. On left of photo, there are various bottles, an ice bucket, a sink, and wine glasses in the foreground.
